DEPARTURES:

All tours depart from Dalvik Harbor at the time on your voucher. Arrive at our ticket office (Hafnarbraut 22) 20 minutes before departure. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to external factors. Tickets bought before any price increase remain unaffected. You can change your booking by contacting us via email (book@ArcticSeaTours.is) or phone (+354 771 7600). Cancellations are accepted without questions, and we will repay your booking.

Issues:

Notify us in advance of any mobility or medical issues, and we will assist you.

CANCELLATIONS:

Notify us in advance for changes. Cancel 24 hours before departure for a full refund. The process may take up to one week.

WEATHER CONDITIONS:

Tours depend on weather conditions. Cancellations are decided by our experienced captain. In case of cancellation, reschedule or get a full refund.

SIGHTINGS:

While sightings aren't guaranteed, our success rate is 98%. If no whale is sighted, you can reschedule for free. Rescheduling depends on weather and availability.
